This privacy policy governs the manner in which Pixoyo implements, uses, maintains and processes user information (of each “User”) of the www.pixoyo.nl (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the site and all services offered by Pixoyo.

WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

The data we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area ("EEA"), but may also be processed in a country outside the EEA. A similar transfer of your personal data is made in accordance with applicable laws.

For transfers outside the EEA, Pixoyo uses standard contractual clauses and a Privacy Shield as a guarantee for countries that have not made a guarantee decision by the European Commission.

* If you have made a claim that your personal data is incorrect, Pixoyo must restrict any processing of such data pending verification of the accuracy of the personal data.

* If the processing is unlawful, you can oppose the deletion of your personal data and instead request the restriction of the use of your personal data

* If Pixoyo no longer needs the personal data, but the personal data is necessary for you to make defensive legal claims.

THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

If you believe that Pixoyo is not processing your personal data correctly, you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

We may collect users' personal identification information in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, respond to a survey, subscribe to the newsletter and in conjunction with other activities, services, features or resources we have available on our site.
